The Day Center offers a free facility for laundry and showers, light meals and beverages, computer use, SORTS (Southern Oklahoma Rural Transportation Services) passes, limited clothing as needed, assistance obtaining IDs, and referrals or connections to other resources. Open Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:00pm.

Kenna's Closet provides professional or casual clothing and essential household items to individuals in need, free of charge located at the Family Shelter of Southern Oklahoma. All items are based on availability, by appointment only on Tuesday-Thursday from 9AM-4PM. Call to setup an appointment or for more information.

Offers an overnight shelter; utility, food, and clothing assistance; a free meal served at 12:30 on weekdays; and disaster relief.
Clothing vouchers and food baskets are available by appointment only. Call 580-223-6176 to make an appointment. For utility assistance call Monday through Thursday from 10:00am to 12:00pm to complete a screening. Please note that completing a screening does not guarantee assistance. Intake for the shelter is available Monday through Friday from 6:30pm to 7:00pm. Guests must provide a form of photo identification, such as a driver’s license or CDIB card. Expired identification may be accepted if staff are able to verify the individual’s identity. A mugshot may also be accepted for identity verification. Background checks are required for all shelter guests. The shelter does not accept individuals with sex offense or violent offense convictions.
