Provides quality, affordable housing for seniors. Living in a cottage, apartment, or townhome, seniors enjoy independent living onsite including The Lodge. The Lodge is for those who are in need of daily support due to various limitations, such as serious health problems and altered vision or mobility. Signs that assisted living is best for a senior include difficulty keeping up with housekeeping and laundry. At The Lodge, three meals are served daily and 24-hour assistance for personal care is provided. Practical needs are met with meals and local transportation services for medical care.

Public Transportation services available in Bryan, Carter, Coal, and Love counties for any transit needs via an on-demand service during normal business hours. Free transportration for sentior citizens 60 years of age and older for medical appointments in Bryan, Carter, Coal, Love, and Pontotoc counties (upon qualification). SORTS vehicles meet ADA requirements with wheelchair accessible vans and buses available in all areas of service.

Provides free food for senior citizens at noon at the Ardmore/Wilson- Nutrition Center, Monday-Friday. Must be over 60. Will deliver meals to homebound senior citizens who live inside the city limits. Senior citizens who live in rural areas can have shelf stable food delivered.

Provides services to people with developmental disabilities. Services include day programs like employment training and adult day care. Sunshine Adult Day also serves the aging population. Sunshine also has a small residential care program for adults with developmental disabilities. Referrals for servies can be made through Sunshine Industries or the OK Department of Human Services.
