Provides intensive outpatient therapy designed to support the unique emotional and mental health needs of adults typically age 65 and older. Services are available for individuals’ experiencing challenges such as chronic health conditions, decreased energy, difficulty sleeping or eating, feelings of worry, grief and loss, and other life transitions.
The program’s multidisciplinary team includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapist, and registered nurse, as well as other trained professionals who work together to provide compassionate, quality care.
Referrals can be made by any healthcare professional, family members, community members or individual seeking services for themselves.

Bloom Therapy offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and speech therapy services. A Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will meet with you and your child to assess and create a treatment plan aimed to improve communication, learning, and appropriate social behavior. Oklahoma's Nurse-Family
Partnership, is a voluntary family support program that offers home-based services to mothers expecting their first child. To be eligible, participants must meet the following requirements:
•First-time mother. Exceptions may be made if the first child was lost or removed at birth.
•Monthly household income at or below 185% of federal poverty level.
•Less than 29 weeks pregnant at enrollment.

Domestic Violence Support Group held every Thursday morning at 9am. Welcomes all surrounding counties. Also provides individual, trauma counseling services and therapeutic programs.

Behavioral health services available that can include the entire family unit. Accepts referrals from physicians, nursing staff and other facility staff. Patients, family members and other agency referrals are also accepted. Referrals provided for residential or substance use treatment. Crisis intervention is provided as needed, including after-hours, nights, weekends, and holidays at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. Non-emergent patients may schedule an appointment. Emergent patients may be seen the same day of referral. Other locations are also available.

Medical family therapy is a unique approach to overall health that addresses the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual health of patients and their families in a medical setting. Medical family therapists provide patients with an opportunity to connect to resources that may aid in improving overall quality of life. The medical family therapist is part of the care team, which also includes medical providers, nursing staff and case managers.

Connects parents and health care providers with experts in autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mental health and developmental pediatrics. The CNPC will work with your treatment team throughout assessment and treatment to support your child’s needs.

Psychological assessment for adults and children, including assessments for developmental delays, learning disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, dementia and neurocognitive disorders, personality disorders and mental illness.

For those seeking help to overcome substance use issues, Chickasaw Nation Recovery Resource Services offers a number of ways to succeed. Recovery support services include assessment services, recovery outpatient services and recovery intensive outpatient services to Chickasaw citizens, First Americans and Chickasaw Nation employees.

SafeCare is a free, home-based, parenting support program serving families in Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Garfield, Grady, Kay, McClain, Oklahoma, and Stephens Counties with at least one child ages 0-5. Families receive weekly training and education to promote bonding and positive parent-child interaction, help manage child behavior and ensure health and safety in the home.

Sara’s Project is a Child Advocacy Center serving children impacted by abuse, neglect, trauma, and violence. We provide forensic interviews, trauma-informed therapy, medical and forensic examinations, victim advocacy, court support, suicide prevention training, cyber safety education, access to our AIM Clothing Closet for children and families in need, and multidisciplinary team coordination to promote healing, safety, and justice for children and families.
