Oklahoma's Nurse-Famliy Patnership, is a voluntary family support program that offers home-based services to mothers expecting their first child. To be eligible, participants must meet the following requirements:
•First-time mother. Exceptions may be made if the first child was lost or removed at birth.
•Monthly household income at or below 185% of federal poverty level.
•Less than 29 weeks pregnant at enrollment.

Behavioral health services available that can include the entire family unit. Accepts referrals from physicians, nursing staff and other facility staff. Patients, family members and other agency referrals are also accepted. Referrals provided for residential or substance use treatment. Crisis intervention is provided as needed, including after-hours, nights, weekends, and holidays at the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center. Non-emergent patients may schedule an appointment. Emergent patients may be seen the same day of referral. Other locations are also available.

Medical family therapy is a unique approach to overall health that addresses the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual health of patients and their families in a medical setting. Medical family therapists provide patients with an opportunity to connect to resources that may aid in improving overall quality of life. The medical family therapist is part of the care team, which also includes medical providers, nursing staff and case managers.
