Community Health Workers can help individuals meet health goals and assist with applications and referrals for services such as health insurance, housing, state and federal benefits and more.

Outpatient services offers individual, couples and family counseling services, as well as therapy groups and educational workshops to address various topics, such as: parenting, grief, relationships, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Other locations also available.

•Immediate family members involved in family therapy where the eligible First American employee is the identified patient

Drug education, crisis intervention & problem solving for youth under 18, and their families serving Johnson, Marshall, Murray, Atoka counties with services including individual, group, or family counseling, crisis counseling, outreach counseling, information and referral services, advocacy services, and first-time offender program.

Level 111 OKARR certified Women's Sober Living Facility that offers classes for parenting , relapse prevention, boundaries, cooking, budgeting, self esteem, communication skills, counseling, job ready skills and anger management.

This program is a culturally guided, trauma-informed residential substance abuse program that serves First Americans. Adult males and their families are provided a healthy community and integrated treatment services which promote spiritual, emotional, physical and social wellness. 

Eligibility:
Have a sincere desire to become free of addiction
Have a CDIB or tribal citizenship from a federally recognized First American tribe
Be 18 years of age or older

Provides individualized services for children and adults to treat most behavioral health conditions. Services include individual, group and family therapy, case management, peer support, wellness, care coordination, and medication management. Specialty services include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), drug court, employment, and housing. Naloxone (Narcan) is available free of charge. Accepts most insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, and SoonerCare. Services are available regardless of ability to pay. Clinics also located in Ada, Durant, Pauls Valley, Seminole, Sulphur, and Tishomingo. 

Provides individualized services for children and families to treat most behavioral health conditions. Services include individual, group and family therapy, case management, peer recovery support, wellness, care coordination and medication management.
Serves children ages 0 to 18 and adults in transitional ages of 18 to 24.
Accepts most insurance including SoonerCare. Services are available regardless of ability to pay. Clinics are also located in Ada, Durant, Madill, Marietta, Pauls Valley, Seminole, Sulphur and Tishomingo.

The Crisis Stabilization Unit and Urgent Recovery Center provides inpatient services to adults (18+) in crisis. Individuals can voluntarily admit or may be brought in by law enforcement personnel if the situation warrants.

This program is a culturally guided, trauma informed residential treatment program for First American women. Nittak Himitta’ specializes in serving women, including women with children ages 12 and younger.

Completion of medical assessment including the purified protein derivative (PPD) test or chest X-ray (as needed) Nittak Himitta’ specializes in serving women, including women with children ages 12 and younger. 

Services offered: Individual therapy, family therapy, group counseling, intervention in the school, 24 hour crisis intervention, Batterer's Intervention Program (BIP), ASI, ASAM and case management, behavioral health rehab, after school program and substance abuse.

Outpatient family practice and psychiatric services provided including therapy, psychiatric medication management, substance use treatment, health injections, life coaching, weight loss, and cognitive testing.
