Provides individualized services for children and adults to treat most behavioral health conditions. Services include individual, group and family therapy, case management, peer support, wellness, care coordination, and medication management. Specialty services include Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), drug court, employment, and housing. Naloxone (Narcan) is available free of charge. Accepts most insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, and SoonerCare. Services are available regardless of ability to pay. Clinics also located in Ada, Durant, Pauls Valley, Seminole, Sulphur, and Tishomingo.

Serves children ages 0 to 18 and adults in transitional ages of 18 to 24.
